groupe grimaud entreprise à mission

Written into our bylaws, our aim is to “Caring for life”. This commitment can be expressed in 5 pillars: caring for our company, our teams, humans, animals and the planet.

Changes of bylaws

A strong commitment to the continuity of our CSR policy
Since the “loi Pacte” of 2019, a French company can modify its bylaws to give itself a “raison d’être” through several social and environmental objectives in addition to its initial lucrative goal. Our desire to establish our commitments sustainably resulted in a change to our bylaws in May 2022. Our mission and objectives are now indissociable from our “raison d’être”.

Measurable objectives

Which serve as performance indicators
For each of these pillars, targets are set with performance indicators. These include: no annual salary below 110% of the minimum wage, the definition of a minimum threshold of company profits to be distributed to employees, binding action plans in favor of animal welfare, the active fight against antibiotic resistance, the preservation of cultivable land and a constant reduction in the carbon footprint of our activities.

Monitoring objectives

By a Committee, monitored by an independent external organization
The achievement of these objectives is evaluated in an annual report issued by a Committee, validated by an independent third-party organization and published on this website.
The Committee has no executive members, and is led by an independent chairman, external to the company.
