The aim of the event was to welcome and exchange ideas with our work-study students, while highlighting their essential contribution to our company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day began with a welcome session. This introduction gave the alternates a better understanding of our company&#8217;s mission, values and objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Various interactive workshops were set up to encourage the exchange of knowledge and skills. These sessions enabled work-study students to share their experiences and learn from each other. A tutor and former Groupe Grimaud work-study students were able to share their experiences, offering a perspective on development opportunities within Groupe Grimaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work-study students had the opportunity to visit the company&#8217;s facilities, learning about the different buildings and technologies used.<br>The morning concluded with a convivial lunch, during which the work-study students were able to talk directly to their tutors.
