Animal sectors, a new era for new models. 250 animal production professionals, students, research and training professionals gathered on Tuesday November 29 at the Institut Agro Rennes-Angers for the5th Natural Concept Day.
The impact of the global crisis, public expectations and epidemics were at the heart of this day, which was the result of a partnership between Groupe Grimaud, Innoval and Institut Agro Rennes-Angers.
Studies, presentations, round-table discussions, personal accounts: society’s expectations on these subjects and the responses implemented by players in the industry were addressed by top-quality speakers brought together for the occasion.
At the end of the afternoon, the “Natural Concept” prize: a 180-second pitch competition for doctoral students – Guilhem Huau, Angélique Petit and Simona Antonios – was awarded for their work. Groupe Grimaud will be pleased to welcome them for a day of immersion in 2023.
At the end of the day, the participants were reminded of the importance of the “Futurs d’élevage” Chair for all industry professionals, and invited to join.
