OUR GOVERNANCE
The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Frédéric Grimaud manages the company, represents it in dealings with third parties and reports to the Strategic Shareholders’ Council.
The Supervisory Board
Comprising eight members, the Supervisory Board determines the direction of Groupe Grimaud’s business activities and exercises ongoing control over the management of the Company by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. It meets at least four times a year.
The Management Committee
Composed of the General Managers of the business divisions and the Support Services Managers, the monthly Management Committee participates in decisions concerning the operational management of the Group.
